The Podcast Guest Release Agreement is an agreement between the podcast host and the podcast guest for that episode. This agreement clearly outlines the rights that the podcast guest has and the rights that the podcast host has.
It further explains the limitations of each party's roles.
A signed Podcast Guest Release Agreement will give intellectual property rights over the recording and its content to the podcast host so that the host can promote the episode in any manner necessary, as well as make edits, changes, etc.
